Beit She’arim Once the thriving center of rabbinical Judaism and home of Yehudah Hanasi, now the world’s largest and most fascinating ancient Jewish cemetery, comprising more than 30 burial caves.
Beit Lechem Haglilit Herb Farm– Guided tour and hands-on workshop at this pioneering family farm which has been growing, drying, blending and marketing herbs and spices for over 50 years. Make your own infusions and shakes while snacking on healthy samples. Whilst at Beit Lechem Haglilit we will eat our packed lunches.
Hula Lake- Situated in the heart of the picturesque Hula Valley in Upper Galilee, between two majestic mountain ranges. This ecological internationally acclaimed wetland reserve is an oasis for birds and nature lovers. Conditions permitting, we will witness the magnificent spectacle of migrating birds at sunset.
Tuesday 2 April
Chorazim -A fully guided tour by an expert archeologist to a town that thrived in the Galilee after the destruction of the Second Temple, now the site of a National Archeological Park, encompassing the ruins of an ancient synagogue.
Kfar Kama -One of only two towns in Israel populated by Circassians, who, like the Druze, serve in the IDF but still maintain their own cultural identity which we will hear about in a guided tour at the Circassian History Center.
On our way, we will eat our packed lunches provided by the Village – Jordan Riverside Travel Hotel.
Kfar Ruppin -A thriving agricultural kibbutz in the Beit She’an Valley, established in 1938. Tour of fish farms and the International Birdwatching Center.

Transport from Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and Ra’anana to meet the Netanya bus available at extra cost.
